Is the lid watertight?
No. The steel friction-fit lid is designed for storage, reheating, and nesting, not leakproof transport.
Can it go on an induction hob?
Yes. Use low-to-medium heat and handle the hot steel with appropriate protection.
Can it go in a microwave?
No. Metal containers must not be used in a microwave.
